Kind of weird to be giving an 17 page story four stars, but I was so swept up in the story that I didn't realize I was already at the end of the story until it happened. This was my first Agatha Christie story and I wish I wouldn't have waited so long to try her work. Her prose is lyrical but not flowery - Christie knows how to get the reader to enjoy the journey, but she makes it a point to get to the point of the journey as well. This would be a fun beach/pool side read. Now I want so much more Christie in my reading life.
