2.5 hours in and not a whole lot of progress. I started the readathon with this book (starting at page 59) and only made it to page 101. This includes dinner break (beef jerky and a scone).
I got problems with the book - the premise is solid, the world building is evolving nicely, but the romance is killing any feeling towards reading further into the series. It is teeth-clinchingly cliché-filled stupid insta-love/lust situation that I can't see as funny or as an adult relationship. I don't like the hero for many reasons, which will be made public in the review (or the possible DNF for reasons post, as I am seriously tempted to DNF).
