I confess to be fanatical about tea and I love to bake, but cooking is not one of my strong suits. I do simple fare at home and try to get more complicated stuff while dining out.
I have read this book years ago and love it. It is not a traditional cookbook; it is partly the history of the restaurant Teany (owned and managed by the authors) and the history of the neighborhood, an education on tea, and recipes for food to go with the right tea. The recipes are designed to be vegan and vegetarian friendly and can easily be altered to kosher/halal, gluten-free, allergen free, etc.
