The Van Alen Legacy - Melissa de la Cruz

This book is told via three characters' points of view, each character getting her own chapter. Then there are chapters that just there as an overview or used as flashbacks. Needless to say, the chapters are short and choppy; there is no cohesion and no plotline that brings these characters or their storylines together. I am just going to read this in between other books as a break. It may take me all month to read this book by doing this way, but it is either this method or DNF the book and the series.
