I pretty much just re-read certain passages, but damn this book holds up. Namely, the following passages:
1. Susannah tending to Ian's recent wounds with a balm of her own making.
2. Ian visits Susannah in her bedroom.
3. Susannah finds Ian and follows him onto the boat heading toward England. She gets extremely seasick and Ian finally gets the chance to tend to her needs and he is honestly happy for the chance to do so.
4. Their time in England.
5. That ending. *Swoon*
Ian and Susannah are perfectly imperfect but you gotta root for them from the start. There is a lot of plot line and so much sexual tension. The books stays on my keeper shelf.
