Claiming the Duchess: Fitzhugh Trilogy Book 0.5 - Sherry Thomas

A twenty page prequel to the trilogy. Although the story is short (half of the 44 NOOK pages is the excerpt to book one), it takes place over years and through letters. The hero is beta, which some romance readers look for (hero of book one is also a beta). The heroine and her step-son (hero of book one) had a very nice relationship, which I liked a lot. However, the story was too short for this reader to root for the couple (we only get to read a couple of letters) and just "meh" to me. 1.5 stars.
